1. Scope of Services

PYCIE provides digital agency and software solutions, including custom web and mobile application engineering, brand identity design, and social media workflow management tools ("Services"). Our Services are provided to business clients, verified brands, and authorized administrators.

2.1 TikTok API Integration:
When connecting a TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit or TikTok Content Posting API:

• User Authorization: We only access your TikTok profile data and capabilities after you explicitly grant permission through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 authorization screen.
• Granted Permissions: Depending on the user's explicit consent, permissions may include basic profile identification (user.info.basic) and publishing or scheduling creator-approved video drafts (video.upload).
• No Unauthorized Distribution: We do not publish, modify, or delete any content on your TikTok profile without your direct instruction and scheduled confirmation within the PYCIE client portal.
• Compliance with TikTok Developer Terms: Users must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We strictly adhere to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and API policies.
• Revoking Access: You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time either through the PYCIE Client Portal (Social Settings → Disconnect) or directly from your TikTok account settings (Settings → Security & Permissions → Apps and services).

3. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all media, videos, trademarks, and text assets uploaded or scheduled through our platform. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish and distribute the content.
• The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or statutory rights.
• The content adheres to all applicable laws and the guidelines of connected social networks.

4. Data Privacy & Credential Protection

We prioritize security. Sensitive authentication credentials (such as OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard cryptography. 5. Availability & Modifications

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure 24/7 availability of our Services. However, scheduled maintenance, third-party platform API changes, or unexpected downtime may occur. PYCIE reserves the right to modify or discontinue specific API connectors or platform features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable German and European law, PYCIE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, including API rate limits imposed by external third-party networks.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
