To the maximum extent permitted by applicable German and European law, PYCIE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, including API rate limits imposed by external third-party networks.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
